I’m not very surprised at congress because lets face it. They rubber stamped the Patriot Act without reading it, approved executive raises for AIG and other bailed out corporations, and choke the life out of legitimate legislation that benefits the people. Its like leaving a 7 year old a wad of cash and a bag of candy trusting that they would do noble selfless things. ppppfffttt…. Yeah right.
